App publishing terms
Last updated: 2 November 2026These terms cover Fleetbase’s service for publishing your branded app to the web, the App Store and Google Play. They add to the Fleetbase Terms of Service, which also apply. Where the two differ for this service, these terms apply. The service is run by Fleetbase Pte Ltd.
What we do, and what stays with you
We help you set up your app, build it and send it to the stores. You keep your own Apple and Google developer accounts, and you’re responsible for them, for your store listings, and for your business’s compliance with store rules and the law.
Apple and Google decide what they approve and when. We can’t promise that a store will accept your app or keep listing it.
Your web app
Publishing your app to the web is free. Orders and payments go through your own Fleetbase store and your own payment provider, so you are the seller, and you deal with your customers, refunds and taxes. We can take down a web app that breaks these terms or misleads people, such as by impersonating another business.
Payments
- The price of anything you buy is shown before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe.
- The publish fee is a one-time payment for one app.
- We refund the publish fee in full if you ask within 14 days of paying and no build of your app has started.
- A custom domain bought on its own, or included with the publish fee, comes off if that payment is refunded.
AutoCare
- AutoCare is a subscription for one app, charged monthly or yearly until you cancel.
- If you cancel, it runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for. Your app stays in the stores.
- If a free period is offered, moving to the yearly plan during it ends the free period and charges you then.
- If a payment keeps failing, AutoCare ends.
Your keys and accounts
The keys you give us, such as your Apple and Google keys, are stored encrypted and used only to provide this service. You can revoke them at any time, but the steps that need them will then stop working.
