App publishing privacy
Last updated: 2 November 2026This page covers what Fleetbase’s app publishing service handles, on top of the Fleetbase Privacy Policy, which also applies.
What we keep about you and your app
- Your account: name, email address, and your linked Fleetbase account if you link one.
- Your app: its name, branding, settings, store listing, screenshots and builds.
- The keys you give us, such as your Apple and Google keys and your app’s signing files, stored encrypted and used only to provide this service.
- Your connection to your Fleetbase store.
- Payment records. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
- Where you first came from before signing up, such as the link you followed, to see which channels work.
People using a published web app
Your customers’ orders and accounts belong to your Fleetbase store, and you’re responsible for them. Our service passes their requests to your store. It uses their IP address to limit abuse, such as repeated sign-in texts.
Who else handles data
We use these providers to run the service, and share only what each one needs:
- DigitalOcean, for hosting.
- Cloudflare, for web app traffic and custom domains.
- GitHub, for building your app, and for your code if you connect a repository.
- Apple and Google, for your store submissions.
- Stripe, for payments.
- Amazon Web Services, for email.
- Google Maps, for address search.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and protect your account, and one that remembers where you first came from for 30 days. We don’t use advertising cookies.
Your choices
You can change your details in your account, or remove a key by revoking it with Apple or Google. To ask for a copy of your data or to have it deleted, email [email protected].
